Delivery

Orders for delivery within the UK are dispatched via First Class post on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. They should arrive the next day. Orders with payments received before 3pm on the above days will normally be dispatched on the same day.

The packing boxes are too large for most letterboxes, so please advise if you would like delivery on a particular day (this can't be guaranteed, it is down to the Royal Mail, but I will try my best). Alternatively you can specifiy an alternate delivery address.

Orders for dispatch to countries outside of the UK are sent by Air Mail which takes 3 to 5 days (sometimes more though depending upon local customs policy).

If you have provided an email address you will be notified when your order has been (or is going to be) dispatched. This will be a real message written by me, not an automated response.

Cancellation & Returns

If you change your mind about an order let me know and if it hasn't been dispatched I will cancel it. Unwanted items can be returned so long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition. In the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect goods I may ask for them to be returned (at my expense), replacements will, of course, be supplied.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
