How to Order

I hope you will find this process swift and easy:

1. Simply enter the quantity of required products into the spaces on the form (on the home page, i.e. Back to Shopfront), select the type of delivery. Click Calculate to update the form as required.

2. Click on Order Form (this is a button that should appear next to the Calculate button. This shows you a list of the items you selected.

To place your order enter your contact details on the form, together with any other instructions or comments.

3. Click on one of the two buttons:

Online Credit/Debit card payment
This takes you to the secure card processing page, simply enter card details for the following cards: Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards and their derivatives, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB (I thought this was a kind of mechanical digger!) and American Express. Secure card processing is handled buy SecPay. You will receive an automated email confirming that the payment has been processed. You will then receive a real email message from me to confirm the dispatch of your order.

Cheque and card payments by post
This takes you to a printer friendly copy of the order form. Print out two copies of the order form and send one of them with completed card details, or a cheque, made payable to "Mouth Ulcers Shop" to:

If the online process isn't working for you, or you would rather talk to a real person, then orders by credit and debit cards can be taken over the phone. Please call my direct line 0870 741 0482. If I don't answer the phone please do leave a message and I will call you back.

Notes:
I can only process cheques in UK pounds drawn on British banks.
Transactions by credit and debit cards will be undertaken in sterling (GBP).
It is a good idea to print a copy of your completed order form whichever payment method you choose.
In the unlikely event the order form doesn't work properly in your browser, please call, fax or email.
